If you are a fan of easy meals, but still want to surprise the crowds that usually gather on your dinner table then these new twists on the traditional spaghetti meals will be the best to try out. Since you will have a willing set of taste testers, you can always go full throttle without holding back. Spaghetti is relatively easy to make, and the only hard part is when you have to make your own recipes for the dishes or some accompanying appetizers. But some recipes will surprise you with their fullness and the large portions that you can dish out without fear.

If the spaghetti and meatball is the tradition of your house, as it can be at any Italian restaurant Bangkok worth its salt, here is a twist on the recipe centuries old. The ingredients for this are;

●    0.5 cups of panko breadcrumbs
●    3 garlic cloves
●    1 egg
●    0.5 cup chopped parsley and some more for garnishing
●    Salt and pepper
●    1.5 teaspoons of seasoning
●    1 lb of ground beef
●    Olive oil
●    3 cups of crushed tomatoes
●    0.5lbs of spaghetti
●    3 cups of chicken broth of choice

At the beginning get the oven started and running at 400 Fahrenheit degrees

Grab a large bowl (the one you will bake the spaghetti in), and mix in the garlic cloves, parsley, egg, onions, seasoning, salt and pepper and breadcrumbs. Stir all of these and then add in the ground beef and mix using a wooden spoon or your hands. Use this mixture to make the meatballs around an inch thick. Line them on a baking pan, drizzle some olive oil on top and bake for around 15-20 minutes.

Then grab the large pot and bowl some water with salt added. Cook the pasta according to your regular methods and drain. Put the spaghetti aside and grab the pot again to put some olive oil, seasoning, garlic and sauté this for around 2-3 minutes. Then add some salt and pepper and pour the chicken broth in along with brushed tomatoes. Heat this until it starts to boil and keep at it for around 5 minutes. This will be the soup base for you to use. This recipe will surprise any guest, and you can always see this on any rooftop restaurant Bangkok when you ask for something from Italy.  When you are ready to serve this new dish to the guests pour a hefty amount of the soup into a soup bowl and then add the spaghetti and meatballs. Garnish with some of the crushed chopped parsley and put a side of toast to eat the soup with as well.
